The limited warranty covers the replacement of parts, repairs, and associated labor. Except as otherwise set forth herein, BiLumix shall not be liable or responsible for any other actions or damages (special consequential or incidental) related to the products set forth herein. The purchaser is responsible for the return of the product to BiLumix or an authorized distributor and bears the costs of shipping and insurance. All BiLumix products carry a 15-day full refund policy (excluding the shipping fee).
Warranty Terms
All warranties are conditioned upon the use of the products under normal conditions and when used solely for the intended purpose (i.e. medical use in a medical setting). BiLumix reserves the right to determine the cause of breakage or failure of all the terms.
IMPORTANT to note that the 1.5x Loupe and battery are not covered under warranty.
